Bloomers Simply the Best is a 12 year old by Sunny Boy (Sandro Hit), who is Fully Licensed  Elite with ACE.  Sunny Boy’s dam, Fantastica, is a full sister to Blu Hors Don Schufro, and by the legendary Donnerhall, and also carries Pik Bube on her dam line.

Simply the Best (George) was awarded 8.5 for both his trot and canter and received 81% in his ridden test, with positive comments on his uphill trot and canter and good, swinging over-tracking walk. These marks are matched by his kind, gentle, but willing temperament which he has passed on to all his offspring. His first two foals were also awarded Elite status at their ACE classification, with Bloomers Solitary Man being awarded NSW Champion Colt.

He won consistently in young horse classes, runner up at DWTS as a 5yo and 6yo, winner of the 5yo class at the Sydney CDI and Champion 6yo at the 2016 Sydney CDI, scoring a huge 9.0 from the guest rider for ride-ability. In 2017 he had his first starts at Prix St George and Inter 1, scoring well and consistently as always.  Judges remarks always include positive comments about his willingness, his attitude and his trainability.  Bloomers Simply the Best was picked for the 2017, 2018 and 2019 Dressage NSW Development squad and in 2019 was picked for the Equestrian Australia Dressage Recognition Squad – criteria for this squad is that the horse is considered to have the potential to represent Australia at an international level in the future.  He is now with his new rider, Megan Bryant, and training for Medium Tour.

The perfect type to bring refinement to the classic warmblood mare, and passing his beautiful temperament on to all his offspring.  His first few progeny now under saddle and showing great promise and ride-ability.
